TimeGate Group is to provide its workforce and financial system to Sentry Security in the Republic of Ireland.
Sentry, one of the largest security companies in south east Ireland, sought to automate scheduling of security personnel and link with current payroll systems to streamline its growing scale of operations.
Sentry financial Director Patricia Quirke says: "In TimeGate we have not only found the ideal system for our requirements, but a provider willing to tailor its solution to our needs. The ability to interface a staff scheduling solution to our Sage Micropay and MYOB accounting systems will generate substantial return on investment and was the decisive factor in our decision. Prior to TimeGate we are still operating manual scheduling and input to payroll, a time consuming task we will be glad to streamline. We can now look forward to a reduction in pay and invoicing queries and a better service for our customers.” TimeGate Commercial Director Mike Picken, adds: “Over the last 12 months in particular our continued investment in product development has led to a marked increase in new business from clients seeking greater control, flexibility and profitability from operations.”
