Void Wins

Vacant property management company SitexOrbis reports that it has recently won ¬£900,000 of contracts, to manage vacant property and perform specialised cleaning services….

The seven contract wins are with property services company NPS NW Limited and with social housing organisations Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, Wolverhampton Homes, Sandwell Homes, Newport City Homes, Dale and Valley Homes, and Vela Group. Work for clients includes providing void security such as steel screens, doors and alarms, and drying and clearing water damaged properties.

Mark Cosh, European Director of SitexOrbis, said: “These well-earned contract wins speak volumes about the quality of our services and the added value we obviously provide to our clients both in the commercial and the social housing sectors. We are delighted by the rate we are winning new business and retaining clients in challenging economic conditions. That we have retained clients as well as won new clients is recognition of the cost effective and high quality services we provide.”

SitexOrbis has also recently picked up numerous new customers thanks to its eMAKS key, what the company describes as a one-key-for-6000-locks solution. In the north-east, over 150 keys and locks have been issued to numerous customers in the past few months, with more new customers in the pipeline.
