The recently retired Metropolitan Police sergeant Tony Blake, now Crime Prevention Officer at the Dedicated Cheque and Plastic Crime Unit, is among the speakers at an ATM security conference in London on October 2. The topics include ram raids on banks, ‘shoulder surfing’ at cashpoint machines,  the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council) for data security, and cyber crime, the speaker invited being the UK-educated Steve Purser, Head of Technical Competence Department, at the ENISA in Crete.

Flora Hamilton, Executive Director of the event organisers ATM Industry Association Europe (UK), will detail an ATM faurd survey. For details visit www.atmia.com.
