by Mark Rowe

At the Bradford-based company Kings Security Systems, Anthony King is leaving after 30 years, including three since PrimeKings became the majority shareholder. Bob Forsyth has joined as the new Chief Executive.

Bob, pictured, was at the contract firm Mitie where he turned the security division from a manpower-led service to a technology business. Over his eight years as MD he took revenues to over £300m.

Geoff Zeidler, Chairman of Kings, said: “The board would like to pay tribute to Anthony for all he has achieved in building the business and wish him well for the future. Bob has a broad market knowledge and fantastic track record of delivering profitable growth. The board look forward to working with him and the Executive team to take Kings forward to becoming the most respected, innovative and successful company in the industry.”

Bob Forsyth said: “Kings has a tremendous market position and a reputation for passionate people who deliver great service to loyal customers. This, together with the financial support of PrimeKings, creates a tremendous opportunity and I am really excited to join the team to ensure that Kings achieves its full potential.”

Kings Security’s majority shareholder is PrimeKings, which is backed by the Kirsh Group.
