Surrey-based Technical Resources has appointed David Bowles as a director after his purchase of a 15 per cent stake in the recruitment agency, which specialises in serving the telecoms, IT, fire and security, mechanical and electrical sectors.
David started with the company as an apprentice 12 years ago, and then steadily worked towards the position of operations director – a job he has held for the past four years. David is pictured left, with Alan Derry, Managing Director.

The company reports demand for skilled technical employees is reaching an all-time high. According to Tech Nationโs โJobs & Skills Report 2021,โ following a rebound from COVID-19, tech jobs demand is 42pc higher than at the same time in 2019.
