Gold accreditation

by Mark Rowe

Securi-Guard Monitoring has been awarded certification to the new BS EN ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Standard by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI). The company’s Quality Systems and Procedures were recently audited by the NSI to ensure its compliance with the new standard, as laid down by the International Standards Organisation (ISO). Pictured left to right are Mary Campbell, Alarm Receiving Centre Manager and Kim Precious, Managing Director – Securi-Guard Monitoring.

These accreditations means that Securi-Guard Monitoring – the south west-based fire and security company – is one of only three monitoring providers in the UK with five gold awards under the (NSI) Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Gold Scheme.

Kim Precious, Managing Director Securi-Guard Monitoring, said: “NSI accreditation is a benchmark for excellence across the fire and security industry, giving our client base complete peace of mind in our ability and professionalism. The fact we are now in a very select group of monitoring companies, with five NSI Gold ARC awards and certified to the latest Quality Standard, shows the hard work and commitment we have put in to meeting our obligations in terms of quality management and delivering excellent services.

The Gold covers the company’s full range of monitoring services: security and fire alarm monitoring, CCTV monitoring, lone worker alarm monitoring and vehicle tracking.

The ARC celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. The company has launched a new mobile-friendly website, www.securi-guardmonitoring.co.uk.
