The Impeccable Pig, part of the Ramside Estate’s chain, opened its doors in October after a £1.5m restoration of the former Hope Inn pub in the Durham village of Sedgefield.

The security installer Hadrian Technology worked around the renovations alongside the project managers and architects to provide 30 discreet cameras across the site, blending into the background of the décor.

General Manager of The Impeccable Pig, Pierre Bertolotti, said: “We’re really pleased with the work Hadrian Technology has carried out at The Impeccable Pig and we believe the cameras will be a brilliant asset when it comes to fulfilling our customer’s needs. The renovation work on the restaurant has been an extensive project, and it has been great to work with a reputable company such as Hadrian Technology whose professionalism and flexibility has helped the whole process to run smoothly.”

North East based Hadrian Technology was recently listed on the Financial Times Future 100 list, thanks to their growth.

Chris Stott, Business Development Manager at Hadrian Technology, said: “Our CCTV solutions feature high definition technology which can be hugely beneficial for hospitality businesses. After working on previous projects such as Hardwick Hall Hotel and Ramside Hall Hotel, we were delighted to work with Ramside Estates again on its latest restoration project of The Impeccable Pig. It was a challenging brief working with a venue of this scale and with its complexities but we’re delighted with the finished results.”
