New from LG is the LRN8240D network recorder (NVR). Its processing power allows image quality in live display and play-back. Twenty-four IP channels can be recorded, displayed and remotely viewed simultaneously. Cameras can be clicked and dragged on screen to create the multi-screen the user requires. The auto-scan feature detects LG, Axis and other ONVIF IP cameras, up to 3MP with real-time and dual streams. Internal storage offers 12TB (6x2TB) and a further 8TB via e-SATA. For recording HD images , you can use the LRN range video export in proprietary or AVI format, besides USB and network export options and the built-in dual NIC means no network port bottlenecks, the makers ad.
