Thermal camera offers

by Mark Rowe

Distributor Norbain is now offering its customers CCTV products by UK manufacturer, Silent Sentinel.

The range includes rugged domes, long range 360 degree continuous rotation PTZ positioning systems, fixed and functional thermal imaging cameras and bespoke builds. Silent Sentinel has more than 10,000 units in the market.

Having worked with Norbain, Paul Elsey, founder and managing director of Silent Sentinel, approached them. He says: “Norbain hold a very strong position in the market and have a good deal of respect in the marketplace thanks to their industry knowledge and close contact with their installer base. We felt they had the best qualifications to support and grow the Silent Sentinel brand.”

Andy Cassidy, CCTV business manager of Norbain, adds: “My first impression of Silent Sentinel was that they were a true undiscovered gem in the security industry. They have so much more value to add to security integrators by working under their own brand through Norbain and not one-step removed. They are a genuine engineering house, not only manufacturing fantastically good value products here in the UK but also capable of interpreting exact requirements into built products and much more.”
