Aliro distributor

by Mark Rowe

The Birmingham-based distributor of cabling, networking and electronic security products Mayflex has signed an agreement to distribute the Aliro range of access control products, from Security Products from Siemens.

The firms say that Aliro offers a flat system architecture with web-based software and intuitive mobile applications. The product enables system management from almost any device with internet access, they add.

Aliro is the companies claim suited for small to medium-sized commercial applications such as retail outlets, health centres or offices. It supports up to 512 doors, 10,000 users and 100,000 access cards.

Mark Simmons, Sales Director of Mayflex said: “Their access control products are an excellent addition to our already comprehensive IP electronic security portfolio. With intuitive web browser software and apps to monitor and manage systems on the move, the Aliro range is an obvious choice for installers to work with. This significant addition gives installers yet another great reason to source their complete security solution from Mayflex.”

And Alistair Enser, Global Sales Director of Security Products from Siemens added: “Aliro is a significant product launch for us and we are confident that Mayflex’s ability to deliver a high quality fulfillment solution into both data and security Installers, will provide our customers with a great product and buying experience.”
