Euro Grade safes

by Mark Rowe

Securikey offers Euro Grade safes with the option of customisations. From the outside colour to the inner compartments and the locking mechanism, everything can be made to order, the company says.

Do safes have to be industrialised grey and lacking in style or a personal touch? The safes can show off a person’s taste with bespoke colours made to order, for those who want to blend their safe in with their home or office, especially if space is limited. The safes were recently a canvas for painter Petrina Vake, who decorated the products in her colourful floral style.

The ranges offer a variety of locking mechanisms and inner compartment customisations. As the name suggests, the different Euro Grade ranges offer varying grades of protection from 0-5. Securikey has given each grade a cash rating ranging from £6000 (Euro Grade 0) to £100,000 (Euro Grade 5) based on each safe’s ability to resist attack. All the safes are independently tested and subjected to attacks that test for complete and partial access in a range of applications and places. As a result, each model is certified to meet EN1143-1 security standards.

As for insurance, all Euro Grade models are Association of Insurance Surveyors (AIS) approved and included in the Official Safe List, as used by insurance companies. Euro Grade safes also meet the German body VdS’ approval. Go to securikey.co.uk.
