GJD in business awards

GJD Manufacturing, the British manufacturer of external detector equipment and LED illuminators, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2015 Rochdale Business Awards. The company has been nominated for the Business of the Year category (turnover £1m to £5m).

The Business of the Year category recognises the high calibre of businesses and business people within the Rochdale Bborough. The awards evening runs on Friday, November 6, at Rochdale Town Hall and is organised and sponsored by the local business community.

Mark Tibbenham, Managing Director at GJD said: “We are delighted and very proud to have been selected as a finalist for this prestigious award for the second year running. This nomination highlights GJD’s commitment to developing high quality products and the company’s dedication to excellent customer service. We will continue to provide a service which is constantly improving to exceed the expectations of our customers all around the world.”

In Heywood, outside Manchester, GJD’s detectors and illuminators are designed for the intruder surveillance industry, CCTV market and safety-critical applications.
