Square Mile conference

The Square Mile Common Consequences Conference 2014 run with the audit firm Deloitte, is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, between 11:30am and 2pm. It will be looking at the common consequences covered in the business resilience planning considerations document in a bit more detail as well as the City Risk Register. Colleagues from the Civil Contingencies Secretariat – Cabinet Office (which is the Government Department responsible for the COBR arrangements) will also be sharing the work they are doing on business resilience and the National Risk Register. This conference will further explore how you can:

· identify common incidents/ risks/ consequences;
· determine how much dispersal and locational separation is required;
· and harden your existing facilities and infrastructure
