Training update

by Mark Rowe

Hikvision UK and Ireland report an update to their Hikvision Certified Security Associate (HCSA) training.

Designed to give security installers and systems integrators the tools required to successful install and commission Hikvision products, the new courses contain extra content including Power Over Coax (PoC), the advances in IP (Internet Protocol) technology and hands-on workshops covering system set up and trouble-shooting. Hikvision stress their ethic of providing customers with all the tools required to install their products.

Delegates on the free HCSA courses can use educational workshops towards system installations with the further benefit of reducing the amount of technical support required when on site through learning the most common technical queries during the HCSA training.

James Stevens, Hikvision UK & Ireland Training Manager said: “The popular and well known HCSA courses have been refreshed to include the latest Hikvision products and most advanced technologies to ensure security installers and systems integrators across the UK and Ireland design, install and commission every Hikvision installation to the highest possible standard. The courses also provide added peace of mind to end-users as they know they have a system which has been installed by one of our Certified Security Associates.”

Running twice a week at Hikvision’s training facility in Stockley Park, west London, pictured, the HCSA courses are available to security installers and system integrators who are already working or planning to work with Hikvision products. For details or to book a place, email [email protected].
