PHS Group has acquired Reisswolf Scotland Ltd, an offsite shredding business in Hillington, Glasgow. The firm says that this transaction strengthens PHS’s presence in the Scotland, offering what the company terms a complete data solutions package for customers looking to manage their documents and data.
Anthony Pearlgood, Managing Director, PHS Data Solutions, said: “The acquisition highlights our continued enthusiasm for investing in companies that help us better serve our customers. The acquisition will be integrated into the Group over the next six months and the board expects it to be earnings enhancing in the next financial year.”
