BlackBerry Access

by msecadm4921

Software company The Neverfail Group which provides data protection and disaster recovery, has announced the introduction of Neverfail for BlackBerry.

The firm quotes recent figures that there are now 2.5 million BlackBerry users worldwide who rely on its availability to access email and other business-critical applications. Neverfail for BlackBerry enables mobile users to stay connected to their email application at all times, no matter whether a failure occurs in the operating system, a hardware component, software application, or the network.

What they say

Steve Stobo, Sales and Marketing Director of the Neverfail Group says: "In today’s corporate environment, so much time is spent travelling; the productivity of mobile users is more important than ever. People choose BlackBerry because they realise they need 100 per cent connectivity with their office to enable them to work effectively. Neverfail for BlackBerry ensures mobile employees can stay connected to the applications they need to do their jobs."

Neverfail for BlackBerry integrates with a number of back-end messaging applications, including Lotus Domino, Novell GroupWise and CRM systems. Along with Neverfail for Exchange, which safeguards Microsoft Exchange, Neverfail can provide full protection for the entire email environment, it is claimed. If any problem occurs, Neverfail can take a variety of pre-emptive, corrective actions without resorting to a full system failover, the firm adds.
