The London Borough of Bromley is inviting expressions of interest in tendering for its Parks Services Mobile Dog Handler Security contract due to start in March 2010.

London Borough of Bromley<br><br> <strong>MOBILE DOG HANDLER SECURITY CONTRACT</strong> <br><br><br>Expressions of interest<br><br><br>The London Borough of Bromley is inviting expressions of interest in tendering for its Parks Services Mobile Dog Handler Security contract due to start in March 2010.<br><br>Bromley Council manages 156 parks and open spaces and is justifiably proud of its reputation and good customer service that is provided to its residents.<br><br>The Parks and Green spaces of Bromley’s Environmental Services Directorate, feature highly in residents’ satisfaction and quality of life within the Borough.<br><br>The Security contract will have options for a five,seven or 10 year term and consist of the following components;<br><br>•A mobile Security Dog Handler service across the boroughs parks, including Crystal Palace Park.<br>•The Provision of Security officers to undertake night time town centre enforcement patrols, and to issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) for relevant offences;<br>•Day and night Security patrols at the Council’s two waste recycling sites.<br><br>The core function of the contract will be to provide a reassuring security presence and enforce the Parks Byelaws within all the borough’s parks and open spaces 365 days a year; and to issue FPNs as appropriate.<br><br> <strong>An essential pre – tender questionnaire must be completed and returned by June 3, 2009<br><br>To request a pre – tender questionnaire please email; [email protected] <br> <br><br> <strong/>
