The manufacturers report that the software’s graphical display allows operators to search and manage information from a range of sources and have command and control of equipment and human resources – on one screen, the product makers report. The product uses Visual Information Cells (VICs) to integratie traditional and new security data sources. All data sources and underlying security applications are monitored and managed through VICs. Physical security data sources can now be extended to encompass other relevant information sources, such as building management systems, live news feeds and other internet resources.
