After a review in 2007 Advance Security has announced the launch of a new employee benefits initiative.
The security company’s staff are now able to access over 1,300 discount partners, via a dedicated website. New offers are listed weekly and will also be suggested to each employee based on their own personal profile.
HR say
Karen Rogers, group HR manager, believes the scheme is further proof of Advance’s dedication to galvanising its workforce. She says: “We believe that to offer the best service possible our staff need to be motivated and incentivised, and this scheme is just part of a larger programme to ensure Advance Security’s people are happy in their work. We hope to attract the best personnel in the industry by offering incentives like this, along with a competitive pay rate and a range of further benefits.”
Some discount partners will be included in a tailored and branded scheme brochure with all offers accessed by telephone.
Advance also provides discounted high street shopping vouchers for retailers including Boots, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Currys and many more, enabling employees to make savings of up to 10 per cent depending on the retailer.
