The dark side of behaviour at work is the title of an invitation-only talk by Prof Adrian Furnham at University College London (UCL).

The discussion
Adrian Furnham is professor in psychology at University College London. He will look at when employees choose to steal, sabotage or blow the whistle on a company, how profits and staff morale are hit. Using infamous examples such as the Barings scandal, he will look at the psychology of deviance and how to encourage loyalty.
