The guarding and response company Kingdom Security Ltd has acquired the north east-based Quays Security. All security staff and key personnel transferred to Kingdom.
St Helens-based Kingdom reports that their acquisition of Quays follows some major business wins for Kingdom in the North East (such as Elddis Transport and Home Group). The guard firm describes it as a further strategic acquisition to strengthen its local and UK position. Mark Wallace, Senior Operating Executive, said: “We welcome on board all new staff and customers into Kingdom who we believe will receive significant benefit from our extensive services, resources, innovation and management expertise.”
