NW Contracts

by msecadm4921

North West based Bernic Security has won three new contracts worth more than £700,000.

The company – which offers security services to the public and private sector – has won new contracts providing onsite property protection for industrial landlord Spencer Holdings Plc, financial firm the Park Group Plc and cable installer Neary Construction.

Alan Rimmer, sales and marketing director of Bernic, said: “The company has seen incredible growth over the last year and demand has been particularly high for our multi discipline security teams – logistics officers who will provide both security, cleaning and waste management services to the clients they’re working for.

“Our latest contract wins will enable us to employ a further ten people and help establish the company as a regional player in the security industry.”

He continued: “As part of our commitment to security in the region, the company is also initiating the ‘You’re in safer hands’ marketing campaign, specifically targeted at the education and retail sectors. This is in a bid to improve security in North West schools and businesses.”

Bernic Security has ACS accreditation from the SIA (Security Industry Authority). The company adds that it is also committed to their CSR responsibilities and has recently initiated an ‘Improved Social Charter’ for its employees. The charter’s aim is to improve the lifestyle of staff by offering good rates of pay, training, pensions and cost of living support.
