The Second Annual Congress for Tackling Organised Crime in Partnership is in central London on October 19 and 20.
Lead sponsors are Serco Justice. Organisers the National Crime Squad (NCS), the National Criminal Intelligence Service (NCIS) and the Home Office say the event follows last year’s Dublin Congress and its Dublin Declaration.
