Personal Safety

by msecadm4921

Visitors to the Skyguard stand at the Total Workplace Management exhibition next month will be able to try for themselves the company’s new personal safety service.

The makers describe it as the first to combine a hand-held alarm system and total response service.

The three-part service comprises, according to the manufacturers: a handheld Personal Safety Device capable of raising an alarm with Global Positioning Satellite accuracy, a 24-hour emergency call centre, and a dedicated response service. When contacted, trained operators assess the call and alert either the emergency services or Skyguard’s team of 730 response vehicles to provide a fast and appropriate response nationwide.
