Phone Conversation

by msecadm4921

Call recording company Retell launches products at Call Centre Expo on September 29 and 30 at Birmingham NEC, stand J26.

The need to record telephone conversations has never been more apparent than during 2004, according to the firm. New regulation of mortgage and insurance brokers by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) is just one area where the recording of calls to protect against disputes could be critical. Many of these businesses are often small branch offices with only a few lines or extensions, as are many contact centres. Retell reports it has driven the cost of call recording down to take it within reach of smaller offices with the introduction of eight, 16 and 30 channel PRI ISDN 30 recording systems. Team leaders, supervisors and managers throughout the country have found our call recording software a solution for telephone training, according to the firm. What the customer hears when the call is answered (if it is answered), what happens when they are on hold and the type of service they receive when they finally speak to someone has never been more important? Products now include answering machines, call management systems, voice on hold, call recording, quality measurement software to improve the customer experience and a range of handsets and headsets to help improve the employee experience, the firm says. And to help cut costs even further Retell says it can now save businesses up to 30pc on their phone calls with no loss of service and no change of number. Lease rental deals are available on all systems in order to help business spread the cost of payment and gain tax advantages into the bargain, the firm says. Some products are available on free trial.
