Post Office Award

by msecadm4921

IBP International has picked up a national award for a second year. The Surrey-based company was awarded Gold Accreditation in the Operational Products category of the 2002 Post Office First Class Supplier Awards.

IBP has worked with the Post Office since 1997 when the first of its Smokenote Raid Control Systems was installed. Now, more than 2,250 post office branches throughout the UK have Smokenote packs that work as a deterrent, releasing a highly visible red smoke in a robbery, staining cash and criminal. Neil Chrismas, IBP?s sales and marketing director, said: “We are thrilled to receive another gold award from the Post Office. In our category, suppliers are assessed on their performance throughout the year in terms of availability, quality, service, cost and innovation. It is very pleasing to achieve Gold Accreditation for the second year ? a credit to all the IBP team.”
