At IFSEC, Loronix Information Systems (stand C80) will launch new products following its recent acquisition of Lanex to extend its range of digital recording technologies. The LANEXmicroDVR is a digital video recorder remotely accessible for stand-alone applications requiring data capture. It is suited for ATMs, POS systems, access control or general surveillance, and allows up to 15 frames per second and 200 gbs of storage per camera. Also suitable for ATMs and POS systems, the LANEXnetDVR is a networked digital video recorder for up to 16 cameras. The product is also remotely accessible, enabling video to be reviewed or system settings to be changed from any location via a network. As with the LANEXmicroDVR. storage is up to 15 FPS per camera. Insight, a new mid-range product offers users a ?plug-and-play? DVR device that fulfils the need for those sites where networking is either unnecessary or not possible, the makers report. Insight can be upgraded to become a part of Loronix? Enterprise system. Insight has 16 Camera Inputs and all inputs can be recorded at three images per second.
