Prima Corporate Wear has launched a new suit in response to what the corporate clothing supplier calls increased demand from the image conscious security industry.
Nick Atkinson, Prima’s managing director says: "As the image of the traditional military style security guard evolves into a more customer-friendly executive, the corporate clothing of guards, particularly in the retail and front of house sectors, is also evolving to reflect the new approach. More image conscious clients are now looking for a uniform which portrays an executive yet friendly and approachable look. As a specialist supplier of uniforms to the security industry, we are leading the way by launching a new modernised, tailored suit to take the place of the stereotypical military style security guard. This suit has been specifically designed to withstand the day to day rigours of the security industry, taking into account fabric weight and composition for wearer durability. "
Available in navy, charcoal and black, the trousers and jackets are sold separately to give wearers the chance to mix and match different sizes, the firm adds. Made from 55pc trevira and 45pc wool, the single breasted, two-buttoned suit jacket is available in a wide range of sizes stretching from a 36-inch to 54-inch chest (short, regular and long) whilst the trousers are available in 28-inch to 48-inch waist.
There is no minimum order and the suit is available with next day delivery, the suppliers add. The suit can also be branded with company logos which will take between five and seven days.
