At airports, every area has to be monitored: airfield, hangar, car parks, terminal and access roads, runway, apron and perimeter. The Airport Operators Association (AOA) and ITN Productions have launched ‘Airport Matters 2017’ a news and current affairs-style feature of stories and movies from those in aviation. It explores the challenges and future of security matters in aviation in general and at airports. Dallmeier offers a range of products for multi-area surveillance and in the movie, produced by AOA and ITN, they showcase the Dallmeier multifocal sensor Panomera in operation at Bristol Airport.

This programme features reports on why and how monitoring our airspace becomes more and more important, to protect travellers, their belongings (such as parked cars and baggage) besides airport employees.
