Call controllers

by Mark Rowe

C-TEC is offering its range of 10 to 20 zone 800 Series conventional call controllers to electrical contractors. They’re for use in multi-zone accessible toilet alarms, changing rooms and interview room call systems and infrared panic attack systems. The master controllers and expander units allow systems of ten, 20, 30 or 40 zones to be installed.

Andy Green, C-TEC’s Marketing Manager, said: “The controllers add a great deal of flexibility to our flagship 800 Series range. Moreover, they have that much sought-after acknowledgement function to enable staff to send a confirmation signal of half a second on and three seconds off to calling zones to reassure the person calling that help is on the way.”

Suitable the wigan firm says for use with Cits range of 800 Series call points, anti-bacterial ceiling pulls, infrared receivers and ultra-bright over-door lights, the controllers are also backwards compatible, which means they can be used to update existing 800 Series systems.
