The installer Security Centres was established in 1985 and has developed into a regional fire and security integrators. The Swansea-based installers are NSI Gold Accredited (National Security Inspectorate) for the design, installation and service of CCTV, Access Control, Fire and Intruder detection systems, and certified to NSI EMS Gold, in accordance with BS EN ISO 14001: 2004.

Projects include Aberystwyth Law Courts; an upgrade for Milford Haven Port Authority; Dyfed Powys Police Strategic Coordination Centre; new stores for the regional retail chain Leekes; and hospitals including Minehead Community Hospital.

The company was founded by Graham Rees and Simon Phillips who identified the need for a multi-disciplined service provider to serve South Wales, delivering its services to the public and private sectors. In June of last year the company was acquired by the “Securus Security Systems Group” a national company.
