RISCO at IFSEC

RISCO Group is on stand G1100 at IFSEC, showcasing intruder, SMS and detection ranges as well as recent products, including:

VUpoint:

A live video verification solution which integrates with the company’s wireless panel, Agility 3 and a flexible hybrid panel, LightSYS 2. Powered by the RISCO Cloud, VUpoint provides live video monitoring capabilities to monitoring stations and home and business owners alike. VUpoint is described by the manufacturers as a true plug and play which integrates with the firm’s alarm panels via the RISCO Cloud through a standard web browser.

BWare

BWare is a detector series with a mounting height of up to 3.2 metres, for commercial and high-end residential installations. It combines an elegant design with RISCO Group’s detection technologies including K-Band Microwave and Anti-Cloak. Other features include look-down zone and convex lens for increased catch performance, a protective PCB cover which ensures problem free installations and gold-plated wall and cover tampers which increase reliability. Available inDT, QUAD and Bus versions.

iRISCO

Designed for home and business owners the updated iRISCO app has a sleek, new design with a clear interface and added options. The new app, pictured, also supports the soon to be released live video verification solution VUpoint allowing home and business owners to ‘keep their premises in their pocket’. Users can receive alerts and video clips in response to an alarm, or use video streaming to view on their home/ business from a phone.

LightSYS 50

The hybrid security system, LightSYS 2 has been taken to 50 zones. Suitable for it is claimed wired and wireless applications LightSYS 2 50 will have Grade 3 options, 30 outputs and more partitions.

The company will also be presenting o a new smartphone app, Handy App which has been designed for installers and enables them to check a product’s warranty expiration date, access its installation manual, find sales tools and share them with prospective customers, initiate a service call with RISCO’s support team and use calculators such as anti-code, power consumption and backup battery size.
