ACS score hailed

by Mark Rowe

The security division of the contract company Regent Samsic reports that it’s retained its placing within the top 10 per cent of UK security service providers in the 2015 Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) scoring by the industry regulator, the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

The company, which provides cleaning, security, and facility management support services to 1700 sites occupied by 750 clients, upped its year-on-year ACS score by 10.4pc from 115 to 127. Regent Samsic increased its ACS rating in 2014 by 19.8pc.

Gary Sheffield, Director of Security Operations at Regent Samsic says: “These improving scores are testament to the professionalism, hard work and effort our team puts into the business and measure Regent Samsic procedures, personnel and operating systems as among the best in the industry. Our challenge remains to beat this year’s ACS score and stay one of the top ten percent of security service providers in this country.”
