Emergency and panic escape devices

Secured by Design (SBD) member company Tindall Engineering has launched the MICO MSR Multipoint Panic & Emergency Escape range, which has achieved Police Preferred Specification.

The MICO MSR range of multipoint surface mounted emergency and panic escape devices offer single handed means of escape in an emergency event. The product, made from full stainless steel has an anti-thrust mechanism fitted and a full range of receivers available. An optional bolt status micro-switch is available on request. Among the product’s features are 20mm bolt throw and automatic bolting upon door closure. Two and three point variants are also available; and a range of OAD’s from key driven handles to pad-lockable devices. The devices are tested to one million cycles.

Tindall Engineering have for over 45 years been designing and manufacturing locks physical attack, blast, ballistic and fire performance applications.
