Jubilee for installer

by msecadm4921

The installer Reflex Systems has its 25th birthday. Originally specialising in commercial audio installation, Rotherham-based Reflex went into CCTV and access control and has since developed into intrusion detection and fire detection.

Group Managing Director, John Pye, is still at the helm 25 years on. He says: “The goal at Reflex has always been to offer the best combination of product and engineering skills and to develop key partnerships with major global manufacturers. This has allowed Reflex to stay ahead of other less specialist companies and avoid the high volume (low margin) market.”

It has customers from a range of sectors including leisure, transport, utilities, education and healthcare,

“While technologies have changed over the last 25 years, what remains constant in Reflex’s approach is a proactive customer service focus coupled with the flexibility to respond to individual customer needs. Both of these attributes have been a key part of Reflex’s historical and current success, and I have a solid commitment to maintaining these core values.”
