Security Project Manager – Physical Security
Location: UK – Fully Remote
Salary: Circa £65,000 + package, some flex DOE
Travel: Occasional UK & EMEA client/site visits
Type: Permanent
We’re partnering with a leading global security consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Security Project Manager to support complex physical security projects across the UK and EMEA. This is a client-side consultancy role, combining security design coordination with project delivery. You’ll work with clients, design teams and security integrators to take projects from early-stage requirements and design through to implementation and handover.
The Role
- Lead physical security projects across design, implementation, commissioning and handover.
- Translate client security standards into coordinated security design packages.
- Work with architects, MEP consultants and other disciplines through relevant RIBA design stages.
- Coordinate designs covering CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection and associated infrastructure.
- Manage and instruct security integrators through project delivery.
- Review designs and installations for quality, compliance and client requirements.
- Manage programme, scope, risk, documentation and key project stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted client-side security representative, providing technical and project guidance.
- Support wider physical security / risk consulting assignments where relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong physical security project management background.
- Enterprise-level CCTV, Access Control and integrated security knowledge.
- Experience across both security design and delivery, not purely installation.
- Understanding of RIBA stages and construction/design coordination.
- Experience working with architects, consultants, MEP teams and integrators.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-site or multi-phase projects.
- PRINCE2, PMP, CPP or PSP advantageous but not essential.
A great opportunity for an experienced Security PM looking to move further into a client-side, consultative environment, with a fully remote UK base and exposure to major projects across the UK and EMEA.
