Spanish deal

by msecadm4921

After two consecutive years of successful collaboration between Hikvision and Hommax – the official distributor of Hikvision products in Spain – these two companies have reached  new agreement: Hommax will now officially act as Hikvision’s subsidiary agent in the Spanish market.

The new subsidiary agreement will be responsible for logistics, technical support, as well as pre-and-post sales service for Hikvision products in Spain. This new contract according to the two firms facilitates the further elaboration of market strategy, as well as a means to more fully integrate various Hikvision distributors in Spain. Ultimately, the goal of having only one point of delivery and technical support throughout Spain’s security market will be achievable.

The firms say that this agreement will better facilitate Hikvision’s branding in the Spanish video surveillance market; as well as giving assurance of sales-and-service support.
