The second annual ACPO Rural Crime Seminar will run on November 8, in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Organisers say that this year’s event will have a particular emphasis on rural farming crime.
From plant theft to theft of livestock and metal, the response to these types of offences can only be delivered it is claimed through a multi- agency approach and meaningful engagement with our rural communities.
