DVS in HQ move

by Mark Rowe

DVS Ltd, the HIKVision distributor, is relocating to a 21,000 sq ft headquarters from Monday, November 30, 2015. After a six months refit, DVS will be operating out of a premises five times the size of their previous ones. The Cardiff-based firm says that their move has come as a result of rapid growth and an increase in customers’ demand for their product range. The workshop will be five times the size of the previous one and the warehouse is over 13,500 sq ft. The aim is to raise stock levels to £3m as quickly as possible so that they can continue to have the largest HIKVision stock-holding in the UK.

The new HQ is four miles from their previous location. Customers are invited to use a suite to better understand their range. A dedicated training room will be used as the base for the firm’s HIKVision training academy, being established. Shaun Bowie, Managing Director of DVS said: “It’s been a long six months, but completely worth it. Starting out as a blank canvas we have refitted the 21,000 square foot to fit our needs, as well as our customers. The new HQ is a reflection of #teamdvs’ personality and in this new environment we can continue to expand at a pace that is not restricted by space. We are very excited for customers’ to begin using our demo suite and training rooms and look forward to their responses.”

Address from November 30:
