Incentive FM, a UK facilities contract company, has been awarded a 12 month rolling contract to provide facilities management services for the Innovation Group.
In a deal worth £730,000, Incentive FM will be providing cleaning, security, M&E, waste, utilities procurement and management services at the Group’s head office in Hampshire and eight other satellite buildings nationwide.
