Training manager

by Mark Rowe

The North East-based CCTV installation company, Hadrian Technology, has a new training manager. Dave Cash, pictured, specialising in intruder systems, CCTV and access control, has joined the Seaham-based company to oversee its employee training and accreditation.

Previously Dave worked for ADT Fire & Security for 14 years as a Field Line Manager, delivering local and national training for ADT. He holds a NEBOSH qualification for Health and Safety, ILM Leadership and Management qualification and Award in Education and Training (AET).

Hadrian – which this year was named in The Financial Times’ inaugural ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses – says that it’s looking to expand its services to offer complementary intruder systems and services for small commercial companies.

Hadrian co-founder Gary Trotter said: “The success we have achieved as a company in recent years is entirely thanks to the hard work and dedication of our highly-skilled team. As we continue to grow our business, we’re passionate about investing in our people and ensuring we continue to offer industry-leading knowledge and expertise.

“Dave’s proven track-record of delivering high-quality training and line management to operatives across the UK was a significant draw, particularly as we increase the size of our team. His expertise in integrated alarm systems also offers obvious synergies for business and we’re looking forward to working with Dave to develop new services for our clients.”
