Linx International Ltd and Perpetuity Training Ltd have concluded a definitive agreement under which Linx International has purchased a majority share holding in Perpetuity Training. Perpetuity Training provides accredited training and education services in the fields of security and risk management.

Longtime Perpetuity man Ken Livingstone will remain as Managing Director of Perpetuity Training and will be joined by members of the Linx executive team; Karen Gill will step down from the Board of Perpetuity. She said: “I am delighted that Linx will combine its skills and sector experience to those of Perpetuity Training, taking the company portfolio to a new level.” And David Gill, Managing Director of Linx, said: “The acquisition of Perpetuity Training provides a fantastic opportunity to deliver first class accredited qualifications and training programmes for the benefit of the UK and international security management markets.”

Ken Livingstone added: ‘Working together significantly increases our opportunity for expansion, whist retaining the quality of service and personal contact our clients and staff, value and expect.’

The acquisition applies solely to Perpetuity Training; all other parts of the Perpetuity Group remain unaffected.
