Fraud Debate

by msecadm4921

This House believes that the Bribery Act 2010 will have far-reaching and negative consequences for British trade.

That’s the topic for the annual debate on December 6 from 6pm at the Chartered Accountants’ Hall, in London, run by the Fraud Advisory Panel.

Confirmed guest debaters include Jonathan Fisher QC (Devereux Chambers), Chandu Krishnan (Transparency International UK), Brent McDaniel (KPMG Risk Consulting), and Nick Sanders (Better Capital LLP). It will be chaired by His Honour Judge Peter Testar. The Fraud Advisory Panel gratefully acknowledges the support of McGrigors LLP in sponsoring this event.
