Housing Contract

A security contract for Homes for Islington providing concierge and associated security services to 12 sites within the borough has gone to CIS Security Limited.

The contract began on May 1, and involved transferring 38 security staff under TUPE. It followed a five month tendering process by the housing body. CIS was selected for approved supplier status. Carl Palmer, pictured, MD of CIS Security stys: "As a company we pride ourselves on a ‘hands on’ approach to management, which was clearly demonstrated by the team involved with the implementation of this contract."
