Bournemouth Rugby Football Club’s Academy will be holding its annual Youth Rugby Tournament on Saturday, April 5. The rugby balls are sponsored by the Poole-based access security product manufacturer TDSi. The event will attract about 2000 young players from across the UK to compete in competition.

Adam Norris, the recently appointed Director of UK Sales at TDSi is also a coach for the Bournemouth Rugby Football Club’s (BRFC) Under 16s side. He said: “The annual tournament is an exciting event as it brings together talented young players and teams from across the country. We have always aimed to build a strong ethic of teamwork, respect and sportsmanship at BRFC and organizing an event like this really helps to promote these values amongst a wide range of young players. It’s great that TDSi can help with the event by offering this sponsorship and ensuring we are all set for some great rugby action!”

The Managing Director of TDSi, John Davies added: “We are always keen to help local community events and BRFC’s Academy is a perfect example of an organisation that helps local youngsters to flourish in something they are passionate about and a sport which promotes discipline, determination and a firm set of values. I am looking forward to the seeing the games and of course hoping that our Bournemouth team can achieve some exciting results on the day!”
