The O2 contract

The contractor OCS has won a five-way pitch to provide front of house security and stewarding for the arena at The O2. The contract will run for five years and started on June 4 when Cirque du Soleil Dralion was in the arena.

Steve Gotkine, operations director at The O2, said: “As the world’s most popular music venue we have a duty to our fans to ensure we continue to provide world class services and facilities. This new partnership will help us do that and take our customer service to the next level.” And Jane Sheard, UK Managing Director of Facilities Services at OCS, said: “We are pleased to develop our partnership with The O2 and to extend the scope of our service. We are proud to support our client in ensuring their visitors feel safe and secure.”
