Contracts with International SOS, the international medical and travel security risk services company for communications services have gone to Vodafone.
Under a first agreement, Vodafone will manage mobility services for around 1300 employees in a number of markets. The telecoms firm says that International SOS, which provides medical and travel security services, will reduce the complexity of managing its mobile communications. International SOS as also signed a contract for Vodafone Telecoms Management. This suite of services allows the firm to manage all its fixed and mobile telecoms services centrally, giving it greater visibility over usage and spend per user.
Vodafone has also won a contract for cloud and hosting services in the UK. This provides International SOS with secure IT to host applications. The computing service allows the company to only pay for what it needs.

Vodafone’s Telecoms Management service allows us to track usage and spending across multiple providers and countries, while its cloud and hosting services allow us to only pay for the services we use and to respond rapidly to changing business needs.”
