Pay monthly option

by Mark Rowe

StoneHawk reports it’s launched the option for those taking to pay for their armed robbery prevention #StopSmashandGrabs course throughout the year. Simon Wilson, MD, pictured, says: “This option supports the aim of StoneHawk to make the low-cost course available to all brands, no matter what size.

“StoneHawk’s four-hour training course is delivered nationally at the retailer’s showroom or designated training suite and is available to businesses of any size. By raising the awareness of whole staff teams, the criminals are driven elsewhere, and should a robbery occur the staff are prepared to take the right action.

“In yet another shocking year of crime against jewellers, SaferGems reported that there were 77 robberies or smash and grab raids against jewellers, pawnbrokers and watch boutiques with approximately £6m worth of goods stolen. This is consistent with previous years and worryingly the levels of violence have risen again.”
