Job Title: Security Installation Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £220 p/day
Technical Resources is looking for an experienced Security Installation Engineer in Glasgow. The role involves maintenance and routine inspections of fire and intruder alarm systems across various commercial and retail environments.
Description of Contract/Programme of Works:
- Maintenance of fire and intruder alarms in shops and local businesses.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure system functionality and safety.
- Work with systems including Galaxy (Intruder), Texecom (Intruder), and both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire and security systems maintenance.
Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:
- ECS certification is beneficial.
- Fire Industry Association (FIA) units are beneficial.
- Contractors must supply their own hand tools, power tools, steps, and ladders.
