Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: West London
Rate: £270 p/day
Technical Resources is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a Fire & Life Safety upgrade project in West London. This role involves supporting the project manager, supervising site operations, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.
Description of Contract/Programme of Works:
- Support the project manager with project delivery-related duties.
- Supervise subcontract and direct labor, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Conduct audits of work carried out and manage site health and safety.
- Supervise electrical contractors and handle quality assurance.
- Engage in project progress reporting and conduct site inductions.
Experience Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical site management, specifically with Fire & Life Safety projects.
- Strong supervisory skills and a proven track record in managing safety and compliance on site.
Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:
- Valid CSCS / ECS card.
- SSSTS certification.
- Will be required to obtain a temporary airside pass once started.
- Contractors must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE).
